7 Trees on a Hill, Summer Morning

This is a series of about 8 paintings of a small pond about a mile from my home.  All of these rather large plein air paintings are painted at different times of the day in different seasons.  The morning air is still cool and fresh.  There is always a slight breeze moving the water distorting the image of the trees on the hill.
