In the Corner of a Field, McGaheysville--in the springtime when the corn fields are ready to be plowed for a new season. I was renewed while working on this large Plein Air painting, warming in the spring sun, smelling the humid earth and the spring grass while enjoying the cumulus clouds rising over the mountains.
